About me
It would be presumptuous of me to claim that I offer the best tours in Bratislava, but I’m definitely getting there, LOL.
It´s like the guys from AC/DC sing in one of their songs: It´s a long way to the top if you wanna rock and roll!
Four to five years ago, at the beginning of my career in tourism, my first gig was giving free walking tours (big cheers to Jakub for giving me the opportunity). Then I became a freelancer and worked for different travel companies where I either did private tours in Bratislava or drove people around Slovakia and Central Europe as well. For me, it was the genealogy and ancestry tours in Slovakia that posed the biggest challenge whilst giving me emotional and mental enrichment.

SNB lessons
It feels like yesterday, I got my first own snowboard and it is actually more than 15 years ago. Back then, we had really good time with our friends. Going to school during the week and on the weekend we tried to go up to the mountaines as much as we wanted. Nobody was over 18 years of age, no driving licences and we could always manage that by taking trains, buses…
Few years ago I decided to make a certificate as snowboard instructor. Nowhere else than in Austria. The course was held in Bad Gastein and for those, who haven’t heard about this place, Bad Gastein has been visited since the 13th century due to its thermal springs.
